CityHousing Hamilton Corporation (CHH) requires a Contractor to replace the roof and miscellaneous repairs at 34, 36 & 44 Martha Street in Hamilton, Ontario. The property is an occupied 2-storey, residential townhouse complex with 38 units. The scope of Work is to replace the shingle roofs and perform miscellaneous repairs including attic mould abatement, air sealing, installation of supplemental insulation, as well as repairs at second storey overhangs and miscellaneous cladding repairs. Refer to the Drawings and Specifications included in the Request for Tender documents for further details. The Work is to commence as soon as the weather permits in the Spring of 2025, and Substantial Performance must be achieved by August 31, 2025.
