The Work covered by this Contract includes the furnishing of personnel, equipment, materials and performance required to complete mainline and lateral sewer CCTV inspections using National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) coding. The Work being performed under this Contract is for the Wastewater Collections operations and maintenance section of the City of Hamilton and this Work will include but is not limited to activities such as clearing blockages, investigating sink holes in the road, locating sewer lateral junctions, etc. All Works completed under this Contract shall be in accordance with the Specifications and OPSS (Ontario Provincial Standard Specification) 409. The City Specifications will take precedence over OPSS. Flushing/vacuuming and CCTV inspection may be done separately or in conjunction with the other as directed by the Project Manager. Work issued may be for one length of sewer or multiple lengths of sewer as directed by the Project Manager. All Work ordered during regular business or after hours may be issued on a per linear metre basis or a per hour basis as directed by the Project Manager.
