The Contractor shall prepare a set of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the airport improvement work, and will include primarily engineering (civil, electrical), environmental (includes Hazardous material testing), hydrological and hydraulic design, public involvement, cultural resource review and consultation, and assistance during bidding and construction. Additional services may include: surveying and mapping, geotechnical investigation and recommendations, and utility agreements. The Contracting Agency anticipates the services will not be required or will be accomplished with in-house staff.
