The 525 Fighter Squadron is requesting removal and disposal of old carpet and installation of luxury vinyl tyile, base cove, and door transition in Bldg 9694 on JBER, AK. All qutes shall be FOB destination (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska) with a lead time of 45 days after receipt of order (ARO). Include any discounts that may apply. Site Visit: 1 May 2025 at 10:00AM AKT Questions Due: 6 May 2025 at 3:00PM AKT Quotes Due: 15 May 2025 at 3:00PM AKT Delivery location of this requirement will be to Bldg. 9694 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, 99506. Delivery date will be 45 calendar days. FOB point will be Destination. 1.1 Remove and dispose of old carpet, install luxury vinyl tile, base cove and door transition to match new vinyl tile flooring in Bldg. 9694 second & third floor and all connecting rooms with the exceptions of Room 214 and restrooms and the third-floor secure working areas. 1.1.1 Provide and install approximately 16,252 square feet of luxury vinyl tile in Bldg. 9694 second & third floor. Contractor shall provide luxury vinyl tile, dark grey shade, with 20 mil wear thickness. Tile color and style will be approved by a 773 CES representative before installation. 1.1.2 Provide and install rubber base cove and door transitions in all areas where tile will be installed. Base cove and door transition color will be approved by a 773 CES representative before installation. 1.1.2.1 Contractor will be responsible for moving stored items, furniture, shelving, or any other item necessary to allow the removal and installation of flooring. After floor installation contractor will be responsible for returning all moved items to their original locations. EXCEPTION: US Government representatives will be responsible for moving all electronics including computers, phones, radio equipment. These items will need to be moved prior to project start date. 1.1.2.2 A 773 CE representative will inspect completed luxury vinyl tile floor project. 1.1.2.3 Area will be cleaned according to regulations so occupants can safely utilize area after floor installation. 1.1.2.4 Building will be occupied, coordination with building occupants will be necessary to minimize impact on US Government mission. 1.1.2.5 Contractor will supply their own equipment; no government equipment or assets will be used for project. 1.1.3 Protect flooring, furniture, walls, and any other materials during project to prevent damage. 1.1.4 Contractor shall haul rubbish and debris from work area.
