AFD Fire Station 1 Kitchen Replacement Description: Complete renovation of the Fire Station 1 kitchen area. The renovation will include the installation of new walls, ceilings, casework, appliances, flooring, and air handlers to create an efficient, modern, and safe kitchen environment. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $400,000 - $550,000 Pre-Bid Conf: N/A To maintain the project schedule, Interpretations, corrections, or changes to the Bidding Documents shall be made by Addendum and shall not be binding unless included in the Addendum. It is your responsibility to periodically check online for addenda. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days from the time of the opening. The Municipality shall not be responsible for bid preparation costs, nor for costs, including attorney fees, associated with any (administrative, judicial or otherwise) challenge to the determination of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and/or award of contract, and/or rejection of bids.
