Site work for a mixed-use development in Richland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary to complete all work associated with the Project including but not limited to the following: fencing and lawn restoration. A bid bond or a certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in proposals. All questions are to be submitted by Friday, January 3, 2025.
