The Project consists of new storage additions to two existing buildings: Maintenance and High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) as one project, considered Storage Additions. Work is scheduled for early June to mid-October of 2025. The Maintenance Building is an approximate 6,620 SQFT single-story building. The new single-story addition is approximately 2,185 SQST for unheated storage. Improvements include roof-framing of pre-engineered wood roof trusses with slopes to match the existing Maintenance Building. Wood framing with metal panel siding. Slab on grade and perimeter trench footing with concrete piers for truss bays. Electrical includes lighting and general power. Exterior work includes site preparation, fencing, asphalt and concrete paving. The High School Auditorium Performing Arts Center (PAC) is an 80,600 SQFT single-story building. The new single-story addition is approximately 1,500 SQFT for unheated storage. Improvements include metal roof deck and steel roof beams. Roof framing will resemble existing PAC roof framing. Metal framing with fiber-cement siding. Slab on grade, spread footings and perimeter foundations. Fire suppression improvements consist of a dry system. Electrical improvements consist of lighting and general power. Exterior work includes site preparation and concrete paving. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. A construction Manager has been selected for this project. A construction is scheduled to start in June 2025 and end in August 2025.
