Site work for a mixed-use development in Quincy, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Quincy's MU0028 Project consists of installing a new 6" to 14" water main along Broadway (IL 104) from North 12th to North 24th, and along North 22nd from Broadway to Oak, sewer replacements, reconstruction of North 22nd with new HMA pavement, curb & gutters, and sidewalks, lead water service replacements, and related items. All bids shall be accompanied by either a bid bond on the "Proposal Bid" form contained in the proposal, executed by a corporate surety company satisfactory to the city of Quincy, or a bank cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit or a properly certified check for not less than 5 percent of the amount bid, or for the amount listed in the specifications. The City Council of Quincy reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
