The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to establish a term contract to provide snow and ice removal services for Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (Virginia ABC) Store 201. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to provide snow and ice removal services during the seasonal months of service (generally but not limited to: October through April ("Snow Season"). These services are to be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth herein. All inquiries for information should be directed via email to the Contract Officer Contract officer Holleigh Fogarty Email address holleigh.fogarty@virginiaabc.com . All inquiries must be received in writing on or before January 3, 2025, no later than 1:00 PM (EST). Period of contract January 15, 2025, through January 14, 2026, with the option of four (4) subsequent one (1) year renewals In the event the Contractor does not provide acceptable services within the time specified, Virginia ABC reserves the right to obtain another vendor to begin snow/ice removal and/or ice melt application immediately Virginia ABC reserves the right to request removal of any of the Contractor's employees from the premises at any time for reasonable cause.
