Demolition and site work for a restaurant in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a restaurant; and for site work for a restaurant.

Scope of work includes: Demolition of the existing structure at 14860 State Route 30 former Rivertown Pub and Grill. Disconnecting (cutting and capping) the sanitary lateral for the structure. Removal of approximately 100 sq ft of asbestos floor tile prior to demolition. Grading around the building footprint not to leave any shear walls. Temporary erosion controls and seeding on all disturbed areas. A certified bank check or bond payable to North Huntingdon Township or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. No bid may be withdrawn for (60) sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. North Huntingdon Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates will be required on this project if the total bid price is $25000 or greater. Designation of Work The work included under this contract covers the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the work as described herein, shown in the bidding documents and necessary for completion of the scope of work. The work under Contract No. 2025-03 generally consists of demolishing and removing the existing structure that was formerly Rivertowne Pub and Grill. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of approximately 100 sq ft of asbestos floor tile, demolish existing structure, remove C&D materials from site (masonry materials can remain onsite to be used as fill), cut and cap existing sanitary sewer lateral, grade the building footprint to eliminate any shear walls.
