Site work for a water / sewer project in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of work includes but not limited to the following: - Retrofitting up to a maximum of 7 existing stormwater basins within North Huntingdon Township dependent upon the submitted bids vs. the available funds in the Township's budget for this year's stormwater projects. The general scope at each basin will include the installation of E&S controls removal of sediment and debris from within the basins to an approved and permitted site of the contractor's choosing installation of proposed underdrains with connection to outlet structure and restoration and seeding of impacted areas. A certified bank check or bond payable to North Huntingdon Township or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans specifications or any applicable statues of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for (60) sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. North Huntingdon Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Work under Contract No. 2025-05 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, and services required to perform improvements generally consisting of retrofitting existing stormwater basins within North Huntingdon Township. Work at each basin will include the installation of E&S controls, removal of sediment and debris from within the basins to an approved and permitted site of the contractorís choosing, clearing of existing trees and brush within the basin to provide a mowable surface for future maintenance, installation of proposed underdrains with connection to outlet structure, improvements to outlets structures, and restoration and seeding of impacted areas.
