Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Tamarac, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids from qualified contactors for the demolition of four (4) City owned facilities at the following locations: 1). 4959 N. State Road 7, Tamarac, FL. 33319; 2). 4949 N. State Road 7, Tamarac, FL. 33319; 3). 3660 NW 50th Street, Tamarac, FL. 33309; and 4). Shaker Village Clubhouse located between Commercial Blvd and Canterbury Lane, within the Shaker Village community (refer to Attachments 1, 2, 3, & 4 location maps for referenced locations). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to the full demolition and removal of City owned facilities and associated appurtenances as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications and ITB No. 25-09B Documents attached herein. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Question Deadline 02/24/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Start date is anticipated for Spring 2025 The project estimate is: Six Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and Zero Cents ($625,000.00).
