Construction for Providing and Installing Three (3) Stand-by Generators The Engineer Will Accept Questions Up to 12:00 Pm 10 Days in Advance of Bid Opening. Questions Submitted After This Date May Not Be Addressed. Project as Described Below: Providing and Installing Three (3) Stand-by Generators to Provide Electrical Power to Critical Municipal Infrastructure During Power Outages. Work Includes Site Preparation, Concrete Pads, Electrical Work, Site Restoration, and All Other Work for Complete and Operating as Intended Stand by Generator Systems. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities in Bidding. This Project is Being Funded in Whole or in Part by the Federal Emergency Management Administration (Fema), Public Assistance Program. Bidders Are Required to Comply With Executive Order 11246 Equal Employment Opportunity, as Amended by Executive Order 11375, and Orders of the Secretary of Labor; Executive Orders 12549 And12689 Debarment and Suspension; Byrd Anti-lobbying Amendment; the Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Contral Act as Amended; and Fema Anti-discrimination Requirements, as Shown in the Contract Documents.
