Excavation as req'd for new pavement, fencing, removal of existing pavement markings, and demolition of portions of the existing pavement for new work as indicated on the drawings and specifications. 3) New Work: New pavement, drive access lane, sidewalk, curb, fencing, and pavement markings as indicated on the drawings and specifications. 4) Schedule: Intent is to bid and award the contract and develop submittals and place orders for materials in time that work can take place as not to disturb school activities during the summer of 2025. There will be substantial use of the adjacent parts of the campus during the work period, however, The District is accommodating their activities to facilitate this work. a) Award: A specific date of substantial completion will be determined upon award of contract.
