Site work for a mixed-use development in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; transportation facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Blackstone is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of two concrete pedestals for the placement of new signage. The sign locations are at the Allan C. Perkinson Airport and at Lakeview Cemetery. The Town of Blackstone reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Airport Sign Horizontal Pedestal: 12' X 12' X 24" Concrete, 4,000 Psi; Reinforced with #5 Rebar, 12" on center. Vertical Pedestals: Two (2) 8' X 8' X 12" Concrete risers, 4,000 Psi; Reinforced with #5 rebar, 12" on center. Diagram attached as Exhibit A Cemetery Sign 8' X 4' X 12" Concrete Pedestal, 4,000 Psi; Reinforced with #5 rebar, 12" on center; Two (2) rebar dowels to be placed for sign to mount. Coordination with sign provider to determine location.
