Description

Site work for a road / highway in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Lump Sum Bid shall include the following Remove old vinyl, and thoroughly clean each panel to remove any dirt or adhesive; Inspect panels and supporting structure for damage or defects and report any found to the Town Manager; Apply new Thirteen (13) ounce billboard vinyl and laminate; Include all mobilization, labor, equipment, materials, and disposal to complete project; Graphics to be provided by Owner; All disturbed areas to be graded and seeded upon completion; Provide warranty for vinyl and laminate. The Town of Blackstone is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace Two (2) vinyl type billboards located in Nottoway County. The Town of Blackstone reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
