Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cambridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,250-square-foot stadium; for site work for a stadium; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of February 5, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The general scope of the project includes the construction of a new 1,250 SF Concession and Ticket building, asphalt drive replacement, fencing, etc, The estimate project cost is $800,000. As provided by law, for all labor and material required for the project entitled: Cambridge City Schools McFarland Stadium Concession and Ticket Booth Bid Documents will be mailed as soon as possible after receipt of the request. Failure to obtain the project documents as described above will result in a non-responsive bid. The general scope of the project includes the construction of a new 1,250 SF Concession and Ticket building, asphalt drive replacement, fencing, etc, Bid Security: Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the highest total amount of the bid, or a Certified Check or Cashiers Check in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the highest total amount of the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
