An addendum will be issued to bidders stating the questions and answers. Questions are submitted online The Water Authority reserves the right, after opening bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, and to make an award to the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder as determined by the Water Authority. Contract will be awarded within 90 days after the bid opening if it is in the best interest of the Water Authority.
