The City of Rock Island is seeking a qualified contractor for the snow removal of parking lots at the Rock Island Arsenal beginning in the year 2026. For questions on this RFQ please contact Luke VanLandegen - Municipal Services Superintendent 309-732-2261 The Contractor will be responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to this project. It is the intent of the City of Rock Island to partner with the most qualified submitter provided the proposal has been submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities.
