Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority Landfill #2 Landfill Gas Management System Construction for the Installation of the Landfill Gas Management System to Be Installed at the Owner's Landfill #2 Located in West Burlington Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania 16947. The Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the Form of a Certified Check or Acceptable Bid Bond Made Payable to Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority, in an Amount of Ten (10%) Percent of the Bid. The Bid Deposit of the Successful Bidder Shall Be Retained by the Owner as Liquidated Damages if the Bidder Shall Neglect or Refuse to Enter Into a Contract With the Owner in Accordance With the Proposal and Contract Documents.
