Recoating the interior surfaces of the Secondary Digester roof and upper 10-feet of wall Digester has been cleaned and a condition assessment has been performed Digester is currently out of service Dehumidification is a separate bid item Digester floor has significant slope. Scaffolding CANNOT be braced to existing floor, walls, roof, piping, etc. Struvite and vivianite deposits may be remaining on concrete that must be removed prior to recoating 2. Exterior roof crack repairs 3. Recoat 4-ft square roof access hatch B. Contract Time = 95 working days, which shall include:
