Reference Number 0000372351 The City of Oceanside is issuing a Request for Proposals and Qualifications ("RFP") for the use of the property, located at the 1300 block of Lee Drive, City of Oceanside, County of San Diego, State of California ("Property"), to include installation of additional capital improvements, and ongoing maintenance and repair of the Property and for use of the Property as baseball/softball fields. The original development remediation plans created for the Property, along with the landscape plans, incorporated improvements as described in the RFP, and it is the City's desire that all such improvements be installed by the entity or individual ("Permittee") selected through the RFP process. Please see the RFP for more detailed information. Please note that the attachments related to "Covenant to Restrict Use of Property" and "Operation and Maintenance Agreement with the Department of Toxic Substances Control" are attached separately to the RFP and the property use agreement; however, these are the same documents with different attachment numbers.
