A general contractor has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Hallandale Beach (City) is seeking bids from all interested and qualified Firms ("Proposer") with experience in performing site, civil, mechanical, structural and electrical work associated with the construction of the Lift Station # 6 Rehabilitation Project Rebid. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of three existing sanitary sewer pumps, associated piping, supports, and electrical items from the existing lift station, conversion of the existing wet well to a manhole, installation of a new wet well and new submersible wastewater pumps along with associated piping, reconnecting the new piping to the force main, installing a new gravity sewer connection to the wet well, and installing a pump-out connection for temporary pumps for use in bypassing the new lift station.
