Site work for a civil project in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Hallandale Beach (City) is seeking bids from all interested and qualified Firms ("Proposer") with experience in performing site, civil, mechanical, structural and electrical work associated with the construction of the Lift Station # 6 Rehabilitation Project. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of three existing sanitary sewer pumps, associated piping, supports, and electrical items from the existing lift station, conversion of the existing wet well to a manhole, installation of a new wet well and new submersible wastewater pumps along with associated piping, reconnecting the new piping to the force main, installing a new gravity sewer connection to the wet well, and installing a pump-out connection for temporary pumps for use in bypassing the new lift station. Question Deadline 01/21/2025 at 11:00 AM ET Any questions are to be submitted via email to kvohwinkel@cohb.org Bid bond: as per procurement code section 23-12 (2) security bonds: each proposer must provide with the submission a proposal guarantee/bond in the form of bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) payable to the city of hallandale beach. These funds are not cashed. Performance and labor materials payment bond: proof of 100% of total contract bonding capacity must be submitted with solicitation is required. Awarded Contractor must submit bonds no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notification of Award.
