Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Modesto, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will replace three restrooms within the City of Modesto parks; Graceada, Mark Twain, and Robertson Road. Three new prefabricated restrooms will be placed on the site of the old restrooms. The old restroom concrete pads which the old buildings sit on will be removed and replaced with new slabs. The electrical, sewer, water, and irrigation lines will likewise be upgraded to meet the new buildings requirements. The entire deposit of $50.00 is refundable if plans and specifications are returned in good condition within 15 calendar days after Council action. For shipping requests, a Federal Express or UPS account must be provided, or other arrangements.
