Scope of Work. Base Scope Clarifications for Mechanical Demo existing louver, ducting, piping and air handler. (Work will be done on the first floor in D106.) Install new 12,000 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) air handler with wing face and bypass preheat steam coil. (Work will be done on the first floor in D106.) Install new integral steam heating coil 12,000 CFM at 2.5 Static Pressure (SP). (Work will be done in D106.) Install new filter cabinet with MERV-8 + MERV 13 filters. (Work will be done in D106.) Air Handler Unit (AHU) and coil controls to be interlocked with Digital Direct Control (DDC) building automation system. (Work will be done in D106.) Install new motorized damper in Outside Air (OA) path in case of an emergency shut down required for reactor. (Work will be done in D106.) Exhaust Fan 1 (EF 1) is to remain in place. Replace bearings and shaft if necessary. Provide Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) rated motor and VFD for integrating New ALC (Automated Logic Controls) by Climatech.
