Oregon State University (OSU and/or Owner) is conducting a competitive one-step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to retain up to THREE (3) contractors to provide abatement and related services for a term of three (3) years with an optional two (2) one (1) year renewals (Project). QUESTION DEADLINE: October 25, 2024 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) Summary of Work. Asbestos abatement and lead paint removal, when applicable, is required by law for all spaces on campus that are to be renovated or remodeled prior to such renovation or remodel. OSU generally contracts for such abatement and removal separately from general contracting services. Until a Master Contract is amended, there is no guarantee or promise of work. After the initial amendment, a Master Contract may be subsequently amended to include additional, anticipated work as described below. 1.5.1 Services will generally include: 1.5.1.1 Asbestos Containing Material Abatement 1.5.1.2 Lead Paint Removal 1.5.1.3 Mold Removal 1.5.1.4 Removal of non-Asbestos Containing Material Notice of Intent to Award November 14, 2024 Estimated Contract execution November 27, 2024 Estimated Notice to Proceed November 27, 2024
