Renovation of a transportation facility in Brockton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
BAT is requesting bids from qualified firms to remove and replace HVAC components at the BAT Center to specifications, including all labor, materials, hardware, and training. The contractor will obtain all required permits from the City of Brockton and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and will provide properly qualified and licensed persons required to complete the work of this project. Requests for approved equals, requests for clarification and questions must be received by BAT in writing via email no later than Friday, January 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Email jmech@ridebat.com Remove and replace HVAC system components at the BAT Intermodal Transportation Center. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
