Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Rework of site grades, demolition of an existing retaining wall, construction of a new retaining wall, and new asphalt and concrete pavement to make the site more functional to better serve the public. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Highway 58 Convenience Center The Project has an expected duration of 120 days.
