If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d) Minimum Wage Rates for This Project Shall Be as Specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on File With This Department. The Attention of Bidders is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning The Contract to Section 108-prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Entire Work is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date Stated Above.
