Construction of Phase 1B - Cross-Country Trails, 1North Adventure Trails, Caddo Parish, LA The project consists of construction of approximately six (6) miles of new cross-country trails (mountain-bike optimized) through the rolling terrain of the RRWC's new 547-acre recreation area, 1North Adventure Trails, along LA 1 in North Caddo Parish near Blanchard, LA.
