Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ohio Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the milling and bituminous paving of streets within Ross Township, including, but not limited to rotomilling, installation of ID-2 asphalt, installation of bituminous wedge curb, inlet and manhole adjustments, line striping, traffic control, and restoration. All questions regarding the project should be submitted to Travis K. Stanczyk, P.E. by email at travis.stanczyk@gibson-thomas.com. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Ross Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Ross Township. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. Question Deadline 01/14/2025 All requests for interpretation must be received by the Engineer at least five (5) days before the date set for bid opening.
