Question Deadline 03/18/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions may be submitted through Online. Work is complete traffic signal removal and replacement including signal supports/foundations, controller equipment, signal heads, detection equipment, associated wiring and conduit, signing, and pavement markings. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid, as posted through PennBid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packages, including insurance, the E-Verify Public Works Employment Verification Act, and PA Prevailing Wage Rates. The Successful Bidder who is awarded the Contract will be required to pay PennBid a fee of 1/3% (.0033) of the Contract Award Value. Ohio Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions of, to informalities in the bidding, and to withhold award for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids.
