Item 1: Resurfacing entire length of Moyer Road (TR676), an approximate 140 feet, 530 SY, section milled, an approximate 1,620 feet, 2,880 SY, of binder followed by 1,760 feet, 3,128 SY of wearing course. Item 2: Resurfacing entire length of Sylvan Avenue (TR683), an approximate 1,150 feet, 2,044 SY, of binder and wearing course. Item resurfacing specifications are listed in contract. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
