Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and theater / auditorium.
Renovation to the North Island Center Plaza, downtown Aurora. Current trades being bid will be as follows: Pavers, Concrete Repair and Coating, and Masonry. The Paver Company ("Bidder") needs to be sure the following is included in the bid submission: - Remove and dispose (off site) of approximately 3,000 Sq/Ft current brick pavers and 3/4 " bituminous bedding - Install 1" Sand Setting Bed to drain to existing drains - Install Pavers according to colors and pattern in drawing - Polymeric Sand Swept Joints Bid questions submitted by January 9, 2025 at 9:00am -All questions about the Bid Documents shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to nicreno@paramountarts.com Substitution requests submitted by January 9, 2025 at 9:00am Project will start on April 28, 2025 and must be completed by June 13, 2025.
