Work for Contract No. 1 - General Construction will consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction of a new salt storage building at the existing Highway Department property on NYS Route 30A, including a new access road, site drainage and grading, concrete walls, concrete foundations and footings, doors, metal roof with PVC membrane covering, fasteners, testing, site restoration, and all associated items, all as further detailed in theplans and specifications.
