Site work and renovation of a civil project in Silverthorne, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of the Water System Improvements Project The Work Site is Within the Brvrla Subdivision at the Northern End of Rainbow Drive, Silverthorne Colorado. The Work Generally Consists of: * a Replacement Well (Well Drilling Under Separate Contract). * Improvements to the Existing Well House. * Approximately 940 Feet of 2-inch Hdpe and 685 Feet of 6-inch Hdpe Pipelines. * 30,000-gallon, Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (Frp) Gravity Storage Tank. * Electrical and Controls (Controls by Separate Designer). * Individual Water Meter Assemblies and Curb Valves. * Associated Valves, Fittings, Fire Hydrants, and Landscape Restoration. This Project Anticipates Funding From the Colorado State Revolving Fund (Srf) Loan Program. The Bidder's Attention is Called to the Srf Requirements in the Bid Package. 3. Bid Security in the Amount of 5 Percent, Unqualified, of the Total Proposal Price, is Required With Each Proposal. Character and Disposition of Such Bid Security Are Stated in the "instructions to Bidders" of the Contract Documents. Included With the Contract Documents is a Bid Bond Form to Be Used by Bidders Not Submitting a Cashier's Check or a Certified Check. 4. Further Information Can Be Found in the "instructions to Bidders" of the Contract Documents. It is Assumed Each Bidder is Familiar With All Contract Documents, Including All Drawings and Specifications.
