Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Santaquin, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; religious / funeral development; and religious / funeral development.
Project 1: New recreation building will be an approximately 6,000 sq ft (100 ft x 60 ft) pole style building. This building will be located at approximately 200 South and 400 West and will be directly south of the existing Santaquin Recreation building. The completed recreation building will provide an area for recreational programing for various Community Service programs (e.g.: Dance classes, martial arts, fitness courses, etc.). The recreation building will include the design of the building floor plan, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, and insulation to the applicable building codes. Additionally, the design will include all the necessary site improvements, which include, but are not limited to, grading, drainage, utilities (water, sewer, storm water, etc.), and access. A geotechnical study must be conducted for the site for drainage design and footing design requirements.
