Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the project includes the demolition and replacement of existing asphalt pathways and the preparation and installation of new asphalt pathways. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. January 28, 2025, at Conrad Fischer Park, 200 E. Diversey St., Elmhurst IL 60126. (meet at Churchville Middle School parking lot) This is a Prevailing Wage schedule project and the contractor, and all sub-contractors are required to pay the prevailing wage for DuPage/Cook Counties for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with any changes.
