This includes the completion of specified finishes and the supply and installation of doors. The work further entails the supply and installation of a suspended ceiling system, along with the required mechanical systems (plumbing and HVAC) and electrical installations. Additionally, the scope covers the supply and installation of new double doors in the hallway, designed to match the existing stained wood doors with metal frames. This section of the Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: .1 Demolition, removal completely from site, and disposal of all identified components, materials, equipment and debris .2 Selective demolition to allow new walls, bulkheads, ceilings and other materials to meet existing construction as indicated .3 All material from demolition shall be removed from site immediately with no salvage, selling, sorting or burning permitted on site .4 Retain items indicated on drawings for re use in new construction Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Following Closing Date.
