The Scope of Work generally includes the modernization of the elevator at 1126 Rockingham Ave, Ottawa, ON as further defined in the attached specification and drawing package by Priestman Neilson & Associates Ltd. (PNA Consultants). The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: 1.1. Complete modernization of the single elevator at the building as detailed in the design. documents by PNA Consultants. 1.2. Performance of all testing required by CAN/ULC S1001 Standard for Integrated Systems Testing as it pertains to interconnection with other life safety systems including, but not limited to, building generator and fire alarm. 1.3. Elevator recall shall be demonstrated by physically activating smoke detectors connected to building fire alarm system in elevator lobbies on each floor of the building as well as in elevator machine room and service shaft. 1.4. Transfer to emergency power shall be demonstrated by physically transferring the building elevator to emergency power and operating the elevator. Recall for elevator while on emergency power shall also be demonstrated by activating smoke detectors connected to building fire alarm system in elevator lobbies on at least two levels as well as in elevator machine room and service shaft. 1.5. Please note that, in the event of a discrepancy between Schedule D-SCOPE OF WORK and Schedule G-DESIGN PACKAGE, the requirements of Schedule D shall supersede Schedule G, per the Supplemental Conditions. 1.6.
