To supply and deliver Traffic Light Components and Associated Parts, on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the terms The period of contract shall commence on the date of issuance of a Letter of Award and shall end on 28 February 2026. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to four (4) 1-year terms, or portions thereof, subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor. Commercial General Liability insurance issued on an occurrence basis for an amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for any negligent acts or omissions by the Contractor. Such insurance shall include, but is not limited to, bodily injury, death and property damage including loss of use: premises, property and operations liability; products and broad form completed operations liability; blanket contractual liability; cross liability; severability of interest clause; contingent employers liability; personal injury liability; owner's and contractor's protective coverage; non- owned automobile liability; broad form property damage; employees as Additional Insured; and occurrence property damage. The Commercial General Liability insurance policies shall be in the name of the Contractor and shall name the City of Ottawa as an Additional Insured.
