The Scope of Work Generally Includes the Modernization of the Elevator at 1161 Belanger Ave, Ottawa, on as Further Defined in the Attached Specification and Drawing Package by Priestman Neilson & Associates Ltd. Complete Modernization of the Single Elevator at the Building as Detailed in the Design Documents by Pna Consultants. 1.2. Contractor to Engage a Company (Integrated Testing Coordinator Itc) That is Certified to Undertake All Planning, Testing, Documenting, and Reporting in Accordance With Can/ulc-s1001-rev1 Standard for Integrated System Testing of Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems for the Elevators. 1.3. All Requirements of Can/ulc-s1001-rev1 Standard for Integrated System Testing of Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems Are to Be Included in the Construction Price. 1.4. Elevator Recall Shall Be Demonstrated by Physically Activating Smoke Detectors Connected to Building Fire Alarm System in Elevator Lobbies on Each Floor of the Building as Well as in Elevator Machine Room and Service Shaft. 1.5. Transfer to Emergency Power Shall Be Demonstrated by Physically Transferring the Building Elevator to Emergency Power and Operating the Elevator. Recall for Elevator While on Emergency Power Shall Also Be Demonstrated by Activating Smoke Detectors Connected to Building Fire Alarm System in Elevator Lobbies on at Least Two Levels as Well as in Elevator Machine Room and Service Shaft. 1.6.
