Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this contract comprises the removal and replacement of ceilings in the corridors, one girls washroom, and the gymnasium on the ground floor of the school. Additionally, there will be new ceiling light fixtures, and new mechanical work within the ceiling space and gymnasium. Finally, there will be associated finishing work to accommodate. Significant project dates are as follows: - Construction Phase 1 Commences at Gymnasium Only - 12 May 2025 (Contractor mobilizes on site) - Construction Phase 1 Commences for remaining scope for Phase 1 - 02 July 2025 - Construction Phase 1 Substantially Completed - 21 August 2025 (Contractor to demobilize from site) - Construction Phase 2 Commences - 02 July 2026 (Contractor re-mobilizes on site) - Construction Substantially Completed - 22 August 2026 (Contractor demobilizes) The deadline for questions has been revised to Friday, 10 January 2025 at 1:00 pm local time. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
