The requested services will be performed at the following SCTA facilities located in Reading, PA:Reading Operations Center and Administrative Facility, 1700 North 11th Street, Reading, PA BARTA Transportation Center, 701 Franklin Street (8th and Cherry Streets), Reading, PA Park-N-Transit Parking Ga- rage, 600 block of Franklin and Chestnut Streets, Reading, PA. The contract shall be for up to five (5) years, with each year being subject to an annual renewal. All proposals and contracts are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance con- tract between the South Central Transit Authority and the County of Berks, the County of Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration. Contractors and subcontractors will be required to comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination, Non-Col- lusion, Lobbying, Debarment and Contractor Integrity laws and regulations. All propos- ers will be required to certify they are not on the Comptrol- ler General's list of ineligible contractors. SCTA solicits and encourages disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. DBE's shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination.
