The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Commercial uses. – NOTE: This public hearing was advertised in the Progress-Index for today’s date, however, the hearing has been rescheduled to November 21 and will be re-advertised. As of February 18, 2025, the planning commission approved a request to amend the proffered conditions of Rezoning Case RZ-12-01 to remove the requirement to dedicate a parcel to the County for a fire station.
