Prince George County Public Schools is soliciting informal, unsealed bids for the materials and installation of 80/20 perforation intruder safety window film at eight different school buildings. Please review the provided documentation below for detailed information about this Request for Bids (RFB). The Contractor shall furnish all artwork, materials and labor to install as part of the bid. Artwork will be pre-approved before production by the respective building administrator and the Chief Support Services Officer. Artwork must match the current, existing window film that has already been installed at front entry doors of all respective schools. The binding estimate provided to the agency prior to the production shall include all charges. Extra charges will not be allowed. Any damage to existing utilities, equipment, or finished surfaces resulting from the performance of this contract shall be repaired to Prince George County Public Schools satisfaction at the contractor's expense. At the conclusion of the work, the contractor shall demonstrate to the authorized owners' representative that the work is fully complete and in compliance by the contractor at the contractor's sole expense prior to the final acceptance of the work. Upon project completion, all artwork will be provided to Prince George County Public Schools in a digital format and will become property of Prince George County Public Schools.
