The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking qualified Materials Testing and Inspection firms to respond to the following Request for Proposal (RFP) for the New UNM Police Headquarters Project. We seek Materials Testing and Inspection services for new construction of approximately 16,000 GSF. The project will serve the UNM Police Department who will utilize the spaces. The project will be located at the intersection of Mesa Vista Rd. and University Blvd. (please refer to the Campus Plan below with the site designated in red). In general, the project will include concrete foundation, two floor levels and roof supported by a structural steel frame and concrete on metal deck with an EFIS exterior cladding. The project also includes parking for 65 vehicles. All questions including technical questions regarding the RFP must be submitted electronically and should be through the Q&A Board. The University reserves the right to cancel without penalty, this RFP, any resultant Purchase Order/Agreement, or any portion thereof for convenience, unsatisfactory performance, or unavailability of funds.
