The Trade Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the Work, as described in Exhibit A "The Work", all of which shall be provided in full accord with and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. UNM Utility Services Department is seeking proposals for the work as delineated in the Bridgers & Paxton Plans and Specifications. The work is to be completed between May 19 and August 15, 2025. Any outages must be coordinated with UNM Utility Services. Required outages must be done during off hours (evening/weekends) Additional project information can be provided at the Pre-proposal conference. Contractors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the conference. The identity of the proposer submitting the question(s) will not be revealed. Additional written and oral questions may be submitted at the conference. The successful proposer will be responsible for serving as the Contractor for the project, furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the complete design and construction of the approved extension. In performance of the Project Scope, the Contractor will be required to coordinate with the UNM Utility Services Department, other contractors and technical installation personnel included in the proposal and any other entities or stakeholders that may impact the progress of the project during design and construction.
