Bernalillo County Public Works Division administers several cooperative agreements funded through the New Mexico Department of Transportation. The Technical Services Department is primarily responsible for development, reconstruction, and construction of infrastructure throughout Bernalillo County using State, local, and other funding sources. The Operations and Maintenance Department is responsible for maintenance of infrastructures throughout Bernalillo County. A variety of construction services are required as part of the cooperative agreements, other construction projects, and daily infrastructure maintenance. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of qualifying up to five (5) construction firms (Offerors). Unit pricing shall be established for each category of construction expected, and quantities shall be determined on a per project basis. See Section 1.18.2 for further details.
